As a Manager of Resident Development, Demetria Giles coaches and trains NTR Residents. Demetria Giles has over 15 years of experience in education and is passionate about culturally responsive pedagogy, student-centered approaches to learning, and teacher development. Prior to NTR, she was the Director of Curriculum & Instruction at 9th Bridge School, a private early childhood and elementary school in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. She also founded SchoolED - an education consultancy for families, schools & communities. She holds a Bachelor’s in Communications/Journalism from the Pennsylvania State University.
